How to Use:

Turn on the sensor. Maintain good posture as you set your standard position. The sensor allows you to lean forward more than 15 degrees from your standard position for 5 seconds. Vibration will then remind you to correct your posture. The sensor stops vibrating when you return to your standard position. To charge the sensor, connect the USB data cable to a USB device.
