Waist circumference - Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (the part where the body bends sideways) and make sure the measuring tape stays horizontal at all times.
Hip circumference - Measure around the widest part of your hips and make sure the measuring tape stays horizontal at all times.
Tip: If you are between two sizes, order a smaller size for a tighter fit or a larger size for a looser fit. If your chest and waist measurements correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement.
