The running shoe is designed for neutral runners who desire comfort and cushioning.

The main advantage of Mizuno running shoes is the ratio of cushioning, stability, and responsiveness, as well as the smooth transition from toes to heel and vice versa.

The Wave Serene 4 GTX is a new neutral model for recreational running with an emphasis on comfort and cushioning. The upper part consists of a new seamless construction combined with a Gore-Tex Invisible Fit water-repellent membrane, which provides excellent grip on the upper part of the foot.

The midsole is made of Mizuno Enerzy material, which offers the runner even greater comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness. The Mizuno Foam Wave midsole construction ensures better torsional stability of the shoe.

The outsole is made of X10 carbon rubber, which provides excellent grip on various surfaces.

The fabric, lining, and insole are made from 90% recycled materials.

• X10: Special rubber, 80% more durable than existing. Placed on the part of the sole that wears the most, it effectively protects the sole and extends the life of the shoe.
• DYNAMOTION FIT: System that allows the upper part of the shoe to follow the movement of the foot, preventing the instability of the foot in the shoe.
