Free delivery or gift for orders over €59.99
- For all orders over €59.99, you can choose free delivery or a gift*
- Valid only for standard shipments (up to 30 kg and normal dimensions up to 50x50)
- Not applicable for oversized or heavier shipments (>30 kg)
- Oversized products: mats and tatami pads, fitness machines (treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, multifunctional equipment...), weightlifting bars, punching bags...
In-store pickup
- Always free, regardless of order amount
- Gifts over €59.99 are not available with in-store pickup
- Orders are shipped from the central warehouse – you will be notified via email when ready for pickup
- No deliveries on weekends
- Oversized shipments cannot be picked up in store – cargo delivery applies for those

Cargo delivery
- Delivery of oversized products (>30 kg)
- Price: €10.00 per order
- Delivery time: up to 10 working days
- Delivery to the building entrance (does not include bringing items inside)
- Oversized products: fitness machines, punching bags, tatami and mats, weight bars, etc.
✅ Wolt Drive - Express delivery
- A fast and convenient delivery option from the nearest store, often arriving within 60–90 minutes from order placement.
- Available in cities where Polleo Sport has stores, within a 7 km radius. Availability is automatically checked after entering the delivery address during checkout.
- Delivery is available during store working hours.
- Maximum package weight: 40 kg
- Cash on delivery is not available (prepaid orders only)
- Delivery cost is calculated automatically in the cart and depends on distance, courier availability, and traffic conditions

- Processed within 1–2 hours and shipped the same or next working day
- Available only for items in stock
- Priority processing fee: €2.99
- Delivery depends on the courier service – exact delivery date is not guaranteed
- For prepayment, processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days (depending on payment)

- Track your shipment: the courier service will send the tracking number
- If you're not available to receive: the courier will try again or contact you
- Do not change the delivery or payment method after placing your order
