Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The product is intended only for adults performing high intensity exercise. Flavour: Orange. Ingredients: Essential amino acids mix [BCAA 2:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), L-lysine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine, L-histidine], creatine monohydrate, acids (citric acid, malic acid), flavours, maltodextrin, sweetener (sucralose), colour (paprika extract).
