The personal data of the user will be used by Polleo Adria d.o.o. for sending and distributing administrative and promotional emails, data analysis, and processing credit card payments. Polleo Adria d.o.o. may share the user's personal data with a provider of goods distribution services to fulfill orders, deliver packages, send mail and emails.

The end user has the option to access and modify the personal data provided to us in the Polleo Adria d.o.o. database. The end user can change all their personal data by sending an email to shop@polleosport.si. In this email, the end user should specify their name, address, email address, and information to be supplemented.

Purpose of conducting video surveillance and data processing:

Video surveillance is conducted to protect people and property and to ensure control of entry and exit.

Information regarding video surveillance:

• Regarding video recordings, apart from live monitoring, there are no further processing or specific impacts of processing.
• Video recordings are not transmitted to third countries.
• The system does not record sound.
• Authorized individuals of the data controller have access to live images (with the option of audio intervention) within the video surveillance system.
• Video recordings are stored for a maximum of 6 months.
• The legal basis for conducting video surveillance, including live monitoring, is the legitimate interest of the data controller to ensure the safety of people and property.

Legal basis for conducting video surveillance:

In accordance with Articles 76 and 78 of the ZVOP-2, video surveillance is carried out to ensure the safety of property, individuals, and the protection of other legitimate interests of the trade.
According to Article 77 of the ZVOP-2, video surveillance is conducted in areas where traffic routes are recorded, areas with entrances and exits, with a focus on places with a higher risk of security incidents.

Informing individuals:

Individuals are informed about the implementation of video surveillance in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 76 of the ZVOP-2 and the first paragraph of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The fact that video surveillance is being conducted is clearly and unambiguously described in visible places before an individual enters the area where video surveillance is carried out. Information is also provided in a way that allows the data controller to publish information from the first paragraph of Article 13 of the GDPR and information from points 3 to 5 of the fourth paragraph of Article 76 of the ZVOP-2 on the website www.polleosport.si.

User or categories of data users:

In addition to the data controller, personal data collected within the scope of video surveillance may be processed by contract processors (e.g., those responsible for the technical implementation of video surveillance), state authorities (police, prosecution), or other legal or natural persons with a valid legal basis.

Individual Rights:

Individuals have rights regarding personal data collected within the scope of video surveillance, as provided by GDPR and ZVOP-1. Individuals can exercise their rights by submitting a request to the data controller via email (shop@polleosport.si) or to the address Polleo Sport d.o.o., Miklošičeva cesta 16, 1000 Ljubljana.
