The stretchy Flyknit upper is made from recycled materials and strategically zoned for support during lateral movements. The reclaimed foam has been combined with finely ground Nike Grind. This resulted in a new midsole that provides comfort, stability and durability.

The slight changes to the upper, midsole and outsole ensure a versatile design and offer you a flexible shoe that is not only suitable for your next HIIT class. Less shoe, more you

In an effort to minimize waste through an efficient manufacturing process, we've cored areas of the midsole for a lighter feel. The rubber on the outsole is only in high-wear areas. The result is an efficient design that gives you everything you need and nothing you don't.
